well this certainly is an interesting picture. What many people don't know is that the Smoker is actually using his intestines and not tongue. but if he did use his tongue im sure this is exactly what he'd do with it =3

next time your playing L4D pay close attention to the smoker. Ontop of that your actual tongue cant go very far at all (which is why i refuse to believe in lickers from RE (and Gene Simons) >_> But if you look its nothing like a tongue and more circular and disgusting. like your intestines. which can go great distances.
